DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We're sorry, but we currently do not offer international shipping due to the high cost of customs duty and additional taxes.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer free Standard Delivery for all UK orders, usually sent via Royal Mail. This service typically delivers in 3-5 days, depending on location. We also offer Express Delivery of £6.95 for all orders. Orders will typically arrive between 1-2 working days, and delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 2 - 3 working days to arrive.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

For Standard Delivery, your order will arrive within 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express Delivery orders will generally arrive within 1-2 working days.

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro and UnionPay. You can also pay for your order using Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We are glad to offer our customers Buy Now Pay Later on all our products. Shop now and pay in 3 or 4 instalments or 30 days, always interest-free. Service provided by Klarna and Clearpay.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY INVOICE

We prioritize environmental sustainability by eliminating paper invoices. Instead, we offer the option to receive invoices via email upon request, reducing paper waste and our carbon footprint. Together, we can make a difference in preserving our planet for future generations.

Returns & Refunds

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once you place your order, it begins the fulfilment process, so it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. However, if you need to make any changes, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will do our best to intercept the order. If we cannot do so, you can still return any unworn products within 30 days of receipt.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE

If you received a faulty or incorrect item/size from us, please contact our customer service team at office@shuzes.co.uk before returning it at your own cost. We are not able to credit back postage costs, so it's important to contact us first to avoid any unnecessary expenses.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We regret to inform you that we cannot process exchanges for the items you wish to return for a different size or product. If you desire to order a different item or size, we kindly suggest returning the original item to us and placing a new order. This will help to avoid any delays or disappointment caused due to order processing. After we receive your return, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
